Summary0010264: Multiple file (project) scope operation
DescriptionFor a book or a magazine, scribus requires to use multiple files.
These files share
- same styles
- same masterpages
- other ?

When the project goes forth, some operation need to affect all the files of a project :
- styles upgrade
- masterpage design upgrade

Scribus should provide facilities to upgrade a bunch of SLA files :

- The concept of "project files" could be introduced, that would be handy for the UI but it is not absolutely necessary.

- A couple of operation could be proposed.

From a exesting open document :
-* upgrade styles on bunch of other selected files so as them to be identical to the styles in this opened document
-* upgrade masterpage on bunch of other selected files so as them to be identical to the masterpages in this opened document
