Summary | 0010394: Fixed linespacing minimum value now dependant of font and font size
Description | When you set type to 20 points, Scribus will not allow you to set linespacing below 16, 15 or 14 points depending on font.
Steps To Reproduce | Create a text frame and put text in it. Set linespacing to Fixed Linespacing. Try reducing the value until you see the numbers going down but no effect on the linespacing. Change the font and discover that there is still room or no room to move down depending on the font.
Additional Information | While there is certainly a good intention behind this decision, it is wrong. This is purely a design decision whether we'd want or not some glyphs to touch or not. Moreover, the behaviour is maintained even when you work in ALL CAPS. We should go back to the original situation when users were allowed to go down to the minimum of 1 point, no matter what font was used. I see that as a blocking bug.
