Summary0010959: same footnote frame should be used for new notes
DescriptionAs is : after moving a footnote frame (with Object > Edit welded item), the next future note creates a new footnoteframe attached to the main textframe.

It could be nice (but quite rarely IMO) since it enables to create footnotes in different places,
but its not nice since there is no way after editmoving the footnote frame to create new notes in the first original frame (that has been moved). So the behaviour is not consistent in the time (before/after editmoving).
That's an uncertain advantage and certain disadvantage.

So as for now, I think that a unique footnote frame should be used for new notes, whether it has been moved away from maintext frame, or not.

In case "creating/using another destination frame for some footnotes" is a wanted feature, I think there should be another UI to get that working.
