The fix breaks following use case :
- new doc
- edit > masterpages
- dock palette
- end masterpage edition
- docked palette suddenly disappear...

Christoph, there is not two dialog anymore for standard page and masterpage. There is only one dialog which displays appropriate widgets depending on current page mode. Having two dialogs for this in 1.4.x was suboptimal as the arrange page dialog was disabled when the masterpage dialog was on screen.
