Summary0012092: Scratch Space problem
DescriptionEnvironment: Linux Mint 16 "Petra"
Version: Scribus 1.5.0 (https://launchpad.net/~scribus/+archive/ppa)
Language: HU

When using the upper resizing points of the frame of a given text while dragging them over the top edge of the sheet, onto the Scratch Space, the Scratch Place starts to grow together with the size of the frame despite it is set to fixed size.
Width and height of the text frame is set 50 mm.
After dragging the frame over the top of the sheet to the right side of the Scratch Space, the dragged object gets out of sight and the program sets the starting position jumping to the top Scratch Space height after left mouse button release.
