Summary0013010: Docked palette without border are visually difficult to understand
DescriptionThe docked palettes, when not overlapping, dont show any hint of their limit.
Each begins and ends without border.

Each has a main title, but they also have subtitles sometime, and styles of titles and subtitles of the palettes is the same (not a help do know the begining of a palette) or irrelevant (bold for "Document layout" subtitle, normal for "Property" title).

See screenshot

its difficult to grasp where the first palette ends, which is the next pane, etc

I can reproduce this, Linux Mint 17.3 and 18.

I agree, but a good solution the Tabs!

We have to wait: Indigo project (http://forums.scribus.net/index.php/topic,1617.135.html?PHPSESSID=4r30rrhet8jc4aeab177no64a7)

Nice work!
