Summary0013020: Fonts config should not appear as is in Document preferences
DescriptionFonts config is global, its not stored in SLA, it should NOT appear in "document's preferences", it should only appear in "application settings".

That pane could exist however, listing ONLY the used fonts since this is document related.

As is, it is missleading since it makes believe that documents can have their specific font config, which is wrong. This introduces a strong risk of misunderstanding and messing other documents.
It should not appear as is in the document settings.

Without object after r20007. And I don't see even why it should be in view only mode in doc prefs. Complicate things without any benefits for user.

Report is valid.

I edited and removed the "keep read-only dialog in Documents settings" escape to just concentrate this report on fixing the UI unconsistancy.

Apart from "Used" column, which is a "read only" column, all action in this dialog have an application wide effect.
It is highly missleading to propose to change the way a font is used in scribus (subset or not) in a Document's dialog.
Risk of error : user changes a setting here, believing it will only have consequences in the opened document as it is the case with other document preferences, and later that would mess some of his other document's PDF when he is not aware of that global effect.

Also read GarryPs'comment http://bugs.scribus.net/view.php?id=8722#c34941 : << I'm of the opinion that nothing in "Document Setup" should make global changes. Changes in there should only affect the current document. If something in there affects the global environment then it should be removed as it is - at best - confusing. By all means leave it in "Preferences", but not in "Document Setup".
