Steps To Reproduce1) Scribus > Preferences > Appearances > Language
change to for example, German
2) Scribus > Preferences > Appearances > Language
change back to English

Bug works with in any language.

Step 2 can be anything like going into Help About or File New (and then cancelling)... seems to be an OSX trigger when the menu is used that forces a language detection and retranslation of those menu entries. We don't control them at all. No idea what we would need to trigger to activate the translation on demand.
