| Summary | 0003799: Additional Selection Tool | ||||||||||||
| Description | Adobe InDesign and Illustrator have two selection tools. One is like that in Scribus, allowing the user to select, resize, and move an object and work on certain of its contents in Properties, etc. The other is a "Direct Selection" tool which allows selection of elements *within* an object -- e.g. edit the shape of a frame, select one element out of a group, pick a node on a path, etc. Having such a tool in Scribus would respond to user requests for easier ways of editing (vector) elements. | ||||||||||||
