DescriptionThe current behaviour of the boxes for colour values isn't correct. While the default colour in the wheel itself is C: 100 %, M: 0, Y: 0, K: 0, the boxes display 0,0,0,0 CMYK and 255, 255, 255 RGB. The values of the marked colour are only shown after clicking on the red "dot".
Steps To Reproduce- Open color wheel
- go to RGB tab
- enter 255 for all three values
    => error message
- click ok and exit colorwheel by clicking cancel
- Re-open color wheel
