Summary0005395: undocumented build dependency on libjpeg
DescriptionI hope I'm not missing something obvious, but at the top of the BUILDING file in the source there is no mention of libjpeg as either required or recommended for the build. However, the code seems to use the library directly, and there is an explicit required check for it in configure. Shouldn't the dependency, if in fact there is one, be listed like the others?

I think the same may apply to X in the default configuration under linux as well, but I'm not exactly sure.
Steps To Reproducetry to build following the minimum listed requirements in the BUILDING file.
Additional InformationI'm not referring to the distro source pacakges here, just the info at the top of the BUILDING file. On Debian at least, I know libqt-dev pulls in jpeg and X, so there's no problem. The only thing is, I don't see why it does, because I can compile qt programs fine without them; the public API doesn't seem to use them. Thus if scribus does directly I suppose it should say so...?

I'm not familiar with QT development, so maybe everyone just assumes this. :)
