Summary0005402: image is broken (striped) when downsampling transparent tif (pdf export)
DescriptionWhen using too high resolution transparent images, downsampled transparent tif go striped on the pdf export.
Steps To ReproduceCreate an file with a transparent tif included in (give a background to the layer). Turn the resolution of this image up to 500 dpi.
Then export in pdf using the option : resample the graphics at 300 dpi.

To compare, just create the same thing with a non-transparent tif.
Additional InformationThe result can be seen on a huge file here :

http://sebkhachottband.free.fr/AFFICHE_SC_2007/Affiche_Erudtion_Tour_80x60_def_logo_univ.pdf

As you can see, there's one image at the bottom which's striped. This image is a transparent tif @ 401dpi.
The background image (with the persons on it) is also a transprent tif @ 150 dpi.
The whole pdf is resampled @ 300 dpi (so the first image is downsampled when the second is resampled).
