Summary | 0005816: Sending an item to patterns creates a duplicate in the document outline
Description | If an item is sent to patterns, an duplicate is created in the document outline. It's necessary to close and reopen the outline dialog to get rid of it. Morover the numbering gets messed up, ie. even if the diplicate is gone, the number of a new item is higher (eg. if 1 = original 2 = wrong duplicate, the next new item has number 3). Same in 1.3.5.
