Summary 0007659: Page numbering disappears when Text Frame is attached to Path
Description See summary.
Steps To Reproduce 1. Make a new document.
2. Make a Text Frame, double-click to edit, Insert > Character > Page Number.
3. Make a path using the Bezier Curve tool, select both the Path and the Text Frame.
4. Item > Attach Text to Path.
5. Page numbering disappears.

Optionally, at step 2, enter some text around the Page Number, it will be attached to the path properly (apart from bug 0007658) and only the Page Number will disappear from the frame.

That one may be an easy fix, currently SpecialChars::PAGENUMBER are intentionally skipped when performing text on path layout, no idea why tho.
