Summary | 0008614: The arrow keys, used for fine-positioning frames stop working after editing.
Description | create document with some text frames. I have later reedited a text frame and split that frame into two frames. I try to reposition frames by selecting them, using the arrow keys for nudging into right position. That fails, arrow keys appear to be inactive. After closing an reopening document, arrow keys work, but after using the editing window, arrow keys are rendered inoperational. This is a major nuisance if you work with scribus.
Steps To Reproduce | see above.
