Summary0008758: Custom dotted lines don't export properly to pdf
DescriptionAlthough the predefined dotted lines are not really dotted (but dashed) when they have round caps, it's now possible to get really dotted lines. It' looks perfect in Scribus (screenshot 5).

But these dots don't export to pdf as dots; they become dashes (screenshot 6).
Steps To Reproduce* Create a line
* Properties > line > Type of line> Custom > First value 0.0, offset 0.0, second value 1.5, offset 0.0
* export to pdf

I've tested it with a complex document (see screenshot) and with an new, empty file with just one straight line. The result is the same.
Additional InformationSorry for my stupid feature request # 8755 where I suggested what's already included in newer versions.

In case this bug is again something that has already been fixed: Could anyone point me to the instruction how to install the even newer version 1.3.6 that was mentioned by jghali in # 8755 ? (I only found 1.3.6 exe files for Windows on http://sourceforge.net/projects/scribus/files/) Thank you!

1.3.6 does not exist yet, 1.3.6svn is a development version, currently you have to compile it yourself

at least for debian, you have 1.36svn packages in the scribus' own repository

http://www.scribus.net/?q=debian

but if you want to be really up to date you have indeed to compile scribus yourself
