Summary0009002: Resize points undraggable when object is aligned to a guide
DescriptionThis problem exists when guides are set to be "in the foreground".

If you align an object so one of its sides is right on the guide, it's impossible to grab its resize points (the little squares in two corners and one in the center of the side) when those points are on the side that is touching the guide.

The problem is that clicking and dragging would move the guide instead of resizing the object.
Steps To Reproduce1) Create a new 1-paged document and make sure the guides are setup to be displayed in the foreground ("File"->"Document setup"->"Guides"->"Placing in documents")

2) Add one horizontal and one vertical guides

3) Create a text box and align it so any of its corners are placed at the intersection of the guides.

4) Try to resize the object using any resize points (the squares) that are touching the guides - the move guide cursor would appear and prevent the resize.

if you need a workaround: you can resize a frame with alt+arrow (and alt+shift+arrow)
