Steps To Reproduce New Instructions:
1. Open New Doc dialog, choose 'Document Layout:' Facing Pages, choose 'First Page is:' Left, and choose 'Number of Pages:' 10
2. Edit > Master Pages
3. Choose 'Normal Left' add a textframe with some text
4. Rotate it 90° and resize it, so that the frame bleeds past top and/or bottom of page.
5. Exit Master Page mode
Result: Ihe textframe bleeds onto other pages when it shouldn't.

Old instructions:
plate page add a textframe, rotate it 90° and resize it, so that the frame overtops on top and bottom of page. If you now switch between the templates you can see, that this textframe appears on every template page, what it shouldn't.
