Made some improvements, but these require you to build with Qt-5.6.x

Tested: r21298

Umph...!

Two problem:

1)
- Must be open 3 tab
- Close Scribus
- Open Scribus

Comment: Scribus forgot window last setting. If was exiting full screen, the window on startup too high, and not fullscreen!

2)
- Open Scribus
- Must be open 3 tab
- Add new tab (e.g. Action History, Outline, etc.)
- If new tab so far was not included tab list: Scribus forgot window last setting. Scribus window too high, and not fullscreen!

I did the tests again. I can't reproduce the original question, but in one case the scribus still does not work properly.

-- Unpin all windows in Scribus window
-- Close all Windows in Scribus (Properties, Content Properties, Action History etc.)
-- Open Properties, Content Properties, Outline
-- Pin the Properties and Content Properties
-- Close Content properties
Now...
-- Pin Outline above the Properties window
-- Click: Windows menu -- Contet Properties

Result: Disappear the "full screen" scribus window controller and the scribus window will be larger than the vertical size of the screen.

Perhaps can solve the problem if the Scribus does not allow in docker the resizable window to be placed above the fixed window.

I can still reproduce in Scribus 1.5.6svn and LinuxMint 20.
I use Scribus appimage from http://impagina.org/download.

So there is no reason to reopen this issue. Also the issue you show is unrelated to saving of palette position between sessions. Cannot reproduce it on Windows btw.
