Summary0009716: Layer-based bookmark (PDF) disable option.
DescriptionRight now the bookmarks (PDF) can be turned on/off for the entire document only, but not selectively for every layer. This would increase usability to print "public releases"/"internal reviews" with comments and links to them if desired.

This might be feasible in a future version. Depends if the PDF accepts this.

My thoughts were that Scribus would create the proper PDF bookmark structure on its own or internally, without ever writing out the bookmarks the user does not want published: ie, the PDF file would be unaware of this internal Scribus trick. It would imply updating the "bookmarks palette" every time the user (de)activates this feature on a layer.
