Summary	0011226: footnotes: add an option to have all the notes on the page in the same notes text area
Description	while having a look at the footnotes with claudia, she noticed that an important layout is currently not possible to have all the notes on each page in the same text area. you can find attached some screenshots and a .sla showing how it should look like (there are no real footnotes in there... just faked <sup> numbers...)
