Summary | 0012011: Out of Canvas scrolling area frame corners
Description | If you open a document with an imported Vector file, and this file is partially placed out of the canvas area, the scroll bars do not permit to scroll and reach the corners of this frame (in my case to edit its size).
Steps To Reproduce | Open the .sla file I've uploaded and you won't be able to edit the size of the frame from Canvas except for the low-right corner (or maybe the lowest one if you have many pixels). If you reduce the zoom you'll also be able to edit the lowest corner, but once the zoom is restored, the scrolling bars are always "fixed". In fact the higher corners are not visible from Canvas, even reducing the zoom.
Additional Information | My display resolution is 1920x1080
