Summary | 0012028: More sophisticated drop shadow options
Description | This is actually a feature request from the "give an inch and take a mile" department, but even QuarkXPress's drop shadow options are more sophisticated than Scribus's. InDesign does it even better (see, e.g.: http://www.wikihow.com/Add-a-Drop-Shadow-in-InDesign). Just to be clear: We do *not* need this for 1.6, and until the PP has been put to rest in exchange for something more flexible, this extension shouldn't be even considered, especially since we don't have object/item styles yet. I only added this feature request as a reminder. There are certain features that creative workers expect in a DTP software these days, and those drop shadow options are essential to them.
