Summary0012261: Restrict glyph extension to senseful values
DescriptionGlyph extension may be set to 90%...110% as both minimum and maximum value.
However, the possible situation of minimum > maximum value doesn't make any sense and leads to an erratic result.

Even more, a minimal value (shrinkage) of more than 100% doesn't seem to make sense, neither does a maximum value (actual extension) of less than 100%.
So the minimum value should be 90%...100%, whereas the maximum value should be 100%...110%.
For some edge cases, people can use width scaling instead.

Alternatively, the scaling and glyph extension options could be coupled providing a minimal, normal and maximal value with minimum < normal < maximum.
Not sure, though, if UI-wise that would be better.

Actually that would bring it in line with the Style Manager's behaviour, which already restricts the minimum value to 90%...100% and the maximum value to 100%...110%.
