Summary0012410: Entering decimal point values not possible when document UOM is picas
DescriptionIt is not possible to manually enter a decimal point value when the document UOM is set to picas. This is to say that if I need to define a gutter space of 7.2pt OR 0p7.2 I cannot do so without first changing the document UOM to points, entering the 7.2 or 0p7.2 then changing the UOM on the document back again.

The steps to reproduce below use the width as an example, but this is a global issue.
Steps To ReproduceCreate a new document.
Set the UOM to picas.
Select the text frame tool (T).
Draw a text frame.
Open the "X, Y, Z" palette (F2).
Notice the width of your frame.
Set the width of the frame to 10p5.5 and press enter.
Notice that the width reverts to the original value.

Greetings. I am new to posting items here to the Bug Tracking System. I realize this was reported in another ticket 0009933. That ticket was opened for 1.4.0. I am reporting this item for version 1.4.4. The original ticket has been open since 2011.

Have I missed a patch for this? If so could you direct me?
