Summary | 0012482: Document not marked as "changed" after PDF-export settings changes
Description | When exporting to PDF and changing some values in the PDF-export dialog, then the document is not considered as changed. It makes it easy to forget to save it afterward + it makes it difficult to save since, if Saving is greyed as long as Scribus believes no change have happened.
Steps To Reproduce | - create document, save it - while exporting to PDF, change some settings in the PDF export dialog - See : document is not marked as changed

somehow, i would suggest to automatically save the document if the pdf options have changed and the document was saved when launching the pdf export. i normally, don't like things to happen automatically, but i somehow have the feeling that this is what most (if not all) people would expect scribus to do and most people won't understand why the document is marked as changed after exporting to pdf. but i agree that marking it as modified would be better than the current behavior. |
