Summary0012592: Load image from screenshot/clipboard
DescriptionThe context menue of an imageframe could contain these new entries:

Load from screenshot
Load from clipboard

If it is to complicated to implement an own screen capturing tool, scribus could provide a posibility to configure an externel tool (e.g. KSnapshot, or snagit or ...)

The workflow in scribus could be like this:
Insert imageframe
click "load from screenshot"
==capture screen / region and confirm
picture gets automaticaly loaded into the frame.

i wanted do write that i don't think that the new menu entries are a good idea. i'm too late.

really, i think that scribus should "simply" allow to paste the content of the clipboard into an image frame.

scribus already has an "ad hoc" way to load an image from the clipboard and it's burried in the context menu.

my request: remove the entry in the context menu and relink its action to paste.

if this is not feasible, at least add the entry to the edit menu, too.

btw, the feature of being able to paste is ok, even if i don't think that we should help newcomers to add inline images...

but, hey, DTP is not anymore what it used to be :-)
