Summary | 0012982: set distance of text from image frames
Description | When using text flow around frame, it would be nice to have possibility to set distance in px/mm/etc for text especially from side so the text would not hit directly to the border of image. Current workaround I use is to add shape with color of background when using frame shape and when I use clip path I just grow it in gimp and then save the path. Both of these ways are usable but they have their pitfalls.

You already can do that using and editing Bounding Box. (I used 1.4.6) Shape - Bounding Box - Edit - Percentage or absolute value and click on enlarge. After that you can move the image inside the new frame or resize the frame. (A nice to have would be center image vertically and horiontally.) |
