DescriptionWhen too many files are proposed in recovery selector, it'd be nice when clicking on the table header cell on top of the checkboxes column would click all / unclick all at once.

 Franz, thanks for adding this feature in commit r21116. Just a little feedback, there is no symbol that queues the user that it's there, AFAICT. Perhaps a checkmark or an empty checkbox ? See screencast
