Exact same issue on my 1.7.4.svn as the gif. Here is what fixed it for me,

## Cause
- `Ctrl+1` used `ScribusMainWindow::slotZoom(100)`, while the status-bar 100% control used `ScribusView::slotZoom100()`, giving different centering behavior.
- `Ctrl+0` Fit-to-Height preserved the previous horizontal viewport position instead of centering the current page.
- Both could leave the page pushed toward the viewport edge after zooming.

## Fix
- Routes `Ctrl+1` through the existing `ScribusView::slotZoom100()` path.
- Changes `Ctrl+0` to use the current page center as the zoom anchor.
- Ensures Ctrl+0 can recenter even when already at the target fit-height scale.
- Leaves Fit-to-Width and other zoom behaviour unchanged.
