Summary | 0014166: Convert named styles to inline styles
Description | Due to issue with import page (0011420) or copy and paste across documents (0011814) or using the scrapbook (0002457), it would be usefull to be able to convert : - the places where named styles are used - into plain inline styling (as using the PP) that dont use named styles. This could be done either for the current selection of items or for the whole document. It would enable these items or the document to be imported or pasted into another document or used in the scrapbook, without any style mess.

i don't see the interest in this feature. please focus on getting the mentioned ill behaviors fixed. we need somebody getting through all possible combination and make sure that all of them are handled in a sensible way. (and the somebody changing the code according to it, of course) ... except if somebody comes up with a use case (that is not about circumventing a bug) where such a behavior is useful... |
