Summary | 0014272: bottom align and drag/snap of text frames do not align in the same way
Description | I wanted to align a frame with a stroke thickness of 1.353 to the bottom border. When dragging the frame border, it aligns so that the outer border of the line aligns with the bottom page border. If I use "align and distribute", then it aligns the middle of the line with the bottom page border. To me, that looks like an inconsistency.
Steps To Reproduce | 1) create a frame with a thicker border line. 2) align to a page border via resizing the frame with dragging 3) open "align and distribute" and align to the same border.
