Summary | 0001487: draw separator lines in gutters/gap
Description | The text frame properties already has an option to make columns and adjust the gap (aka gutter) width between the columns (under shape). But what it doesn't have is the option to draw a verticle line separating the columns. If the gap is small (due to space reasons for instance), lack of this line can mean the reader's eyes will jump the gap. A separator line will stop that. I would envision that the line should be the height of the text frame, minus whatever the top and bottom distances are (in the "distance of text" box under shape). The color will need to be set differently from the line color though. Someone may want a black gutter, but no visible frame.
