|Summary||0014935: Table borders cannot be changed|
|Description||As per the summary. It's impossible to change table or cell borders. The UI indicates the changes, but it doesn't change anything on canvas.|
|Steps To Reproduce||1) Create a table|
2) Use the PP to disable cell/table borders
3) Alternatively set the table border line width to zero
--> no change at all

imo, the table tool is broken beyond repair.
and probably needs a reboot.
the UI is not intuitive at all.
the code behind it might or not do what one thinks. we don't know.
personally, i can finally add and remove lines and setup the table as i want (if i wanted it...).
but i cannot find any rational link between a click and the result coming out of it.
we need somebody sitting down and write down a specification for it.
a few use cases and documentation included.
and, then, somebody (does not have to be a different person) going through the code and make sure that the code behaves accordingly to the specifications.
probably, the changes are not huge, but i fear that just fixing things will not lead to a good tool.
"restarting" the project (without removing the code, just remixing it) looks like a better option to me.
