Summary0014991: [proposal] add dark and neutral bright UI color palette and ability to choose one
DescriptionCurrently it's possible to choose theme but not theme palette. It would be great to have ability to choose either neutral bright (not colored) or dark palette as default fusion looks like windows xp under gnome shell unfortunately:

Krita has some nice dark palettes available:
https://github.com/KDE/krita/tree/master/krita/data/themes
Maybe it's possible to include them?

Yes sure. I'm not sure, but this maybe can be used later by indigo too, take a look:

I used qt5ct to set palette and was able to mimic adwaita inside fusion to make scribus look most neutral. Scrapbook color can be set in options, and that's great. WIll try to polish this, maybe it's worth including somewhere.
