Summary0016154: page numbering: "padding zeros" instead of "field width"
Descriptionin the document sections, the field "field width" defines the padding of the page number.

the field should be called "padding zeros"
(or "leading zeros"; i slightly prefer it, but wikipedia says that "007" has two leading zeros; in this context, i guess that everybody would understand that setting the value to 3 will give you 001 as the first page number... but...).

the next field should then be "padding character" (or "leading character").
