I'm new to Scribus.
I'm experiencing an issue where the "Save As PDF" window does not apply the preferences I put for the compression settings of PDF export preferences.

Steps To Reproduce1. Set your own custom settings in the "Compression" section of the "File Options" in "PDF Export" in preferences (see image 1).

2. Open the window to save as PDF. Here you may find that PDF export does not apply the preferences set before (see image 2).

Unable to reproduce. Note that the preferences dialogs only acts on new documents. For existing documents, you have to use the File > Document Setup dialog.

Using the File > Document Setup dialog solves the issue for my document.
