| Description | When creating a form field, and the format "date" is selected, user can choose between several date formats. After being selected this does not "stick". Any time the file is edited or the format tab is opened again, the format has been reverted back to m/d. | ||||

Found it! The issue occurs for only two specific date formats. It is now fixed. |
