Summary | 0017493: Saving to emergency auto-save filename |
---|
Description | I suggest that Scribus warn (i.e., ask for confirmation) when saving to a filename which is in the emergency auto-save format. |
---|
Steps To Reproduce | Have Scribus crash. Have user reopen Scribus and select the emergency save file. They see their work recover, and continue working, saving periodically. If, say, at the start of the next day they clean up "old" emergency files (remember, its filename has the timestamp of the original crash) they lose all their subsequent work. |
---|
Additional Information | I suggest when they save, it pops up "You're saving on top of an emegency auto-save file. Are you sure this is what you want to do?" |
