Summary0017569: reloading an image ignores the resolution
Descriptionwhen loading an image into a frame, scribus takes into account the image resolution.

when reloading the image after a change in the file, the resolution is ignored.
Steps To Reproduce- create a 300x300 image with 100 dpi
- load it into a an image frame
- resize the frame to the image
- modify the image to be 900x900 with 300 dpi
- scribus updates the image in the document, but it keeps the initial 100 dpi (and the image does not fit anymore in the frame)

I gave it some thoughts: the problem is that Scribus does not seem to know anything about the image (but its path).
Scribus should probably store the width, height and resolution of the image.

Probably, without those values, Scribus won't be able to be more "intelligent" when an image changes.
