Summary | 0017599: Check Spelling: replace the language selector by a label (and add a "Set language" button and Combobox)
Description | In the "Check Spelling" dialog there is a "Text Language" Combobox that should simply be a label that shows the language used for the current check. It's content is the list of UI languages plus the current language defined for the highlighted text, which does not really make sense. I suggest that Scribus should simply show the detected language as a label field. For the case the user knows that the highlighted word is not a misspelled one, but actually a word in a different language, Scribus should provide a Combobox with all the language installed for the spelling check, let the user pick the one that matches the highlighted word and apply that language as a local "formatting" (as if they had picked the language in the Text Properties palette).
