| Summary | 0017683: Misleading pointer for Linked Text Creation after closing error popin | ||||
| Description | When a text frame is overflown by a too long text, a red cross appears at the bottom right. When clickin that red cross, the black hand cursor jumps and becomes a new 2+frames pointer that enables to place a new linked text frame. When i dont move the pointer and click rightaway, an error pops and say "you cant link a frame to itself" because the jump position is too close to the first frame. When i close that error, the pointer has become a black hand -- instead of the 2+frames pointer it was before -- But keeps behaving same as with the 2+frames pointer = scribus still is in "place new linked text frame" mode, but there is no sign of it. It is misleading. Wish is : - have a pointer shape that is consistend with actual scribus mode. - Recover the 2+frames pointer shape after closing the error popin. | ||||
