| Summary | 0017741: PDF links annotation behaviour | ||||
| Description | Discovering the link frames, i encounter several issues that i try to describe here : - the link item's included text is displayed on screen but is not exported in the PDF. This is confusing because countrary to the usual WYSIWIG edit mode. Maybe there should be no ability to input text at all ? I understand links are kindof an option of "Annotations" because they are both "pdf things", but links are not "annotations" at all and there is no need for a text and no usecases for a conversion to "Annotations". - A link item can be converted to an image frame, but not to a text frame. - Once a link frame has been converted to an image frame, it is possible to convert the image frame to a text frame... but instead of doing so, the "convert to text" converts the frame to a link frame, not a text frame. | ||||
