Summary0017848: Add a "First start" wizard for setting up Scribus
DescriptionScribus is currently adding a few features that will allow users to layout RTL documents.

This means that some Scribus users (potentially a majority) will need to tweak many Scribus defaults to get a comfortable setup.

Some of the setting to be set are:

- preferred page size
- UI language, default language and language activated
- default units
- default LTR/RTL mode (and if the RTL options should be shown at all)
- activation of experimental features
- UI view (minimal toolbars / docked panels vs. everything visible)
- light / dark / automatic mode + theme
- fonts and script directories

Some more notes:

- The user can of course change all those values, one by one, in the preferences.
- At any time, the user should be able to finish the process and save (or not) the value having been set.

I suggest a tiny dialog before the main one:
"It looks like this is your first time opening Scribus. Would you like to set up your default preferences now?" or something like that with two buttons:
LATER or YES/NOW

I'd prefer a nice big wizard, that you can leave at any time, to a tiny dialog that lets you open the preferences...

The settings that one "needs" to set at the beginning are spread a bit all over the preferences and browsing through them, is not really what I'd like a new user to do, when discovering Scribus.

You need to set ShowFirstStartWizard="1" or delete your preferences folder (or files) to make it pop up
