Summary0001798: "Arrange Pages" doesn't get updated
DescriptionThe "Arrange Pages" box doesn't get updated to show all pages/ templates when you add a new page or open a document until you press
o for the "Available Templates" part on top:
  right click > Show Page Previews
o for the lower part "Document Pages":
  the checkbox "Facing Pages" or "Left Page First"
Steps To Reproduceo Go to File > New for a new document (settings don't matter)
o Show the Page Palette by clicking on Tools > Page Palette
=> You don't see the first page or the template "Normal"

o Now right click in the upper white area of the Page Palette and click on "Show Page Previews"
=> Now you see the "Normal" template

o Click on "Facing Pages" (or "Left Page First", if available)
=> Now you see all pages of the document
