Summary | 0003626: images lose information in gutter |
---|
Description | Pictures placed across the gutter on a two page spread lose info in the pdf. It seems like there needs to be a little bleed on each page to allow the images to print without a gap. Maybe having it set up to make a pdf with crop marks, and gutter indication. |
---|
Steps To Reproduce | make a magazine style two page layout, first page left. make an image frame accross the gutter, place an image in the frame. make a pdf of the document and you will see that the image appears on each page, and that there is a gap in the image as it crosses the gutter. |

Additional Information | I am currently looking to replace Adobe PageMaker with Scribus for the production of our high school yearbook. This feature is the only thing stopping us from moving forward. I have had this problem on various Linux distro's as well as Windows. |
