You can use a normal textframe (for both columns) and put an invisible rectangle with "text flows around" on top of it where you want the column gap. A little more complicated but I don't think your use case is common enough to introduce another feature into the UI. |

Ah, you also want to go around bends? That definitely will get to compliccated (to implement) for normal textframes. Can I offer a "text along path" feature which works with disconnected paths and allows right/left/center alignment per path segment? |
