Description | If the table tool is selected and a frame has been drawn, it sits on top of the table widget. Moreover it's visible in all other apps, at least under KDE. Attached is a screenshot that shows the empty frame in Konversation. | ||||

its only when the frame is drawn, once you select # of columns/rows its gone |

This happens on Windows too. |
