Summary0006641: Error in import *.TXT for UTF-8
DescriptionWhen i create a simple text in gEdit or Mousepad, i save it in UTF-8. Then i try to import this text in Scribus 1.3.5. The result is that Accents are weirds chars. When i copy / paste this text in OpenOffice Writer, then i save the document as ODT, the text imported in Scribus is good.
When i import the text TXT in Scribus 1.3.4, the result is good.
All this is for french localization.
