Summary | 0006982: magnetic snapping behaves illogically
Description | when snapping objects to a guide, it's sometimes impossible to move the object away from it - the object simply sticks to the guide no matter how far you pull the cursor away from it. the only way to "unglue" it is to use a very high acceleration (as seen in the attached quicktime movie)
Steps To Reproduce | draw a guide, set "page" -> "snap to guides" to true and then move the object around. see attached file which illustrates it more precise than I could put in words.

Most of the work is going in 1.3.5svn now and there are few chances that this issue will be fixed in 1.3.3.x branch. 1.3.5svn behaves quite better vs guides/grid snapping. Duplicate of 0005129 also. |
